Your pricing at a glance
Your first year
Your Founding Membership and first 12 months of platform access are included in the initial payment.
From year two
Your membership continues for its full term, while platform access renews annually according to your business category. When your term ends, your membership renews at the current price.
As your usage grows
Your plan includes a monthly recording volume. Additional usage is prepaid only when you need it.
One structure, no overlapping subscriptions.
Membership gives you your place in the initiative. The platform gives you the ability to put that membership into practice through traceability.
Pricing based on activity, not declared value
What a recorded transfer costs depends on two things the platform measures for itself: how many stones were recorded and their weight.
No double counting
When a gemstone leaves for processing and returns to the same owner, the return movement is not charged as a second transaction.
Room to grow
If your activity moves into another volume category, your plan can be adjusted going forward without retroactive charges.
Flexible beyond
Beyond the recording volume your plan includes each month, you draw on a balance you top up in advance. If the balance runs low you are warned at 50%, at 20% and at zero, and you can top it up inside the export itself.

Before you pay
Clear pricing
Programme prices are displayed in Sri Lankan rupees using the applicable programme rate, while invoices and payments are processed in euros.
Flexible payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout, including options designed to accommodate local payment constraints.
Direct agreement
Your membership and platform agreement is with iTraceiT SRL in Belgium, with Way Out Solutions supporting you locally in Sri Lanka.
Activation on confirmed payment
Your membership term begins once payment has been received and confirmed.
To secure a five-year term, make sure your payment clears before 31 December 2026; we recommend paying a few days early.
